Location: Flexible across all regions with regular national travel

Salary: London - £48,987 to £61,234 per annum; National - £45,168 to £56,461 per annum + £5,000 car allowance

Hours: 36 hours per week

Do you hold a NEBOSH Construction certificate with practical and demonstrable construction and design experience?

We’re looking for an organised and experienced Site Health and Safety Inspector to join our Development team. You will act as the health and safety (H&S) expert and support to the Development business and external construction stakeholders by visiting and engaging with contractors on site.

You will provide advice and training to internal stakeholders, particularly the delivery team, to enable them to support site teams more effectively and will be responsible for undertaking site inspections and monitoring the quality of third-party H&S inspections and standards on Development led and partner-responsible sites.

This is a hybrid role with a base location at our offices in London or Manchester. Candidates will be expected to work from the office/site at least three days per week.

Applicants must be able and willing to travel nationally as required. Frequent travel will be required with attendance at your designated office base and occasional travel to other Clarion offices as and when required.
