Bloor Homes is seeking an experienced Forklift Truck Driver to join the Exeter Region, based on Winsford Park Development in Bideford. The role involves moving materials safely, checking deliveries, and distributing items around the site to support build progress.

Candidates should hold a valid FLT licence, have prior forklift experience, and demonstrate strong communication and time-management skills. A proactive, self-motivated attitude is essential for maintaining a safe, efficient site.

Qualifications

• Experience as Forklift Driver / Telehandler / Forklift Operator.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Self-motivated with proactive work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Move materials safely around the site.
• Check deliveries and ensure correct storage and distribution.
• Maintain safe access and walkways on site.
• Ensure skips are used correctly and waste managed per policy.
• Keep a clean and safe site at all times.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Undertake additional tasks as required.
