Mission & Responsibility:

• Track and analyse products profitability within the budget targets

• Propose and implement corrective action plans and improvement projects

• Follow up on the main plant indications

Activities:

• Follow plant key indicators on a daily basis (Sales, Production, Scrap and Direct Labor Efficiency)

• Take part in closing process (Sales and material margin analysis variances vs. Budget and Forecast)

• Ensure Budget and Strat Plan preparation with Plant Controller

• Maintain costing according to production costs (BOM, routines, hourly rates)

• Preparation of annual hourly overhead rates

• Responsibility for IPI, ensuring stock levels monitored and accuracy maintained

• Participate in improving controlling procedure

• Influence the Plant Controller and the Plant management team to prioritize actions on key variances

• Provide financial support to the plant management team as required (action plans related to internal audit, yearly stock-count, workgroups)

Competencies & Requirements:

• BA in Accounting & Finance (or equivalent)

• At least 3 years’ experience in cost controlling

• Excellent MS, SAP, HFM skills

• Accurate and methodical in data analysis
