Mission & Responsibility:

Track and analyse products profitability within the budget targets

Propose and implement corrective action plans and improvement projects

Follow up on the main plant indications

Activities:

Follow plant key indicators on a daily basis (Sales, Production, Scrap and Direct Labor Efficiency)

Take part in closing process (Sales and material margin analysis variances vs. Budget and Forecast)

Ensure Budget and Strat Plan preparation with Plant Controller

Maintain costing according to production costs (BOM, routines, hourly rates)

Preparation of annual hourly overhead rates

Responsibility for IPI, ensuring stock levels monitored and accuracy maintained

Participate in improving controlling procedure

Influence the Plant Controller and the Plant management team to prioritize actions on key variances

Provide financial support to the plant management team as required (action plans related to internal audit, yearly stock-count, workgroups)

BA in Accounting & Finance (or equivalent)

At least 3 years’ experience in cost controlling

Accurate and methodical in data analysis
