Site Finance Business Partner – Aldridge (also supporting Sutton-in-Ashfield)
Location: Aldridge, UK
Eaton’s Aldridge facility is a key manufacturing and assembly site within the CEAG business, specialising in the production of cable glands and supporting equipment. The site supports a broad global customer base and plays a vital role in the GEIS EMEA region. The Aldridge plant is known for its operational excellence, strong team culture, and commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in power management solutions.
As Site Finance Business Partner, you will be a strategic partner to the Plant Manager and leadership team, driving financial performance, operational efficiency, and long-term growth. You will have full ownership of the site’s financial reporting and play a key role in shaping business decisions and strategies.
In addition to supporting the Aldridge site, you will also provide financial partnership and oversight for the Sutton-in-Ashfield site, ensuring alignment and consistency across both locations.
