Job Role: Site Total Facilities Manager

Location: HMP Wormwood Scrubs, Du Cane Road, W12 0AE

Salary: £57,790.45

Contract: Full-time/Permanent

We are seeking a dedicated Site Manager to join our team at HMP Wormwood Scrubs, a Category B & Adult/Male prison.

HMP Wormwood Scrubs operates like a self-contained city, requiring hundreds of staff to keep it functioning. As part of the Facilities Maintenance Team, you will be committed to ensuring smooth and safe operations, impacting prisoners, staff, visitors, and the wider community.

You will work alongside experienced colleagues including Plumbers, Electricians, Carpenters, Painters, Cleaners, and Administrators, all dedicated to making a positive difference and providing a secure environment.

We are a Ministry of Justice business providing critical services to HMPPS, seeking a Site Manager with experience in:

• Facilities management
• Budget management
• Staff management
• Operating in a prison or military environment (desirable)

• IOSH Qualification (desirable)
• Good Health & Safety knowledge
• Excellent organisational, time management, and people skills
