Landmarc Support Services is seeking a Site Operative to maintain the Bodney Camp site in Thetford, Norfolk. The role involves cleaning accommodation blocks, offices and communal facilities, plus basic grounds and building maintenance. Essential duties include stock control, site documentation and general caretaking.

BPSS clearance is mandatory; a valid UK driving licence is required due to rural location. The package includes pension and holiday benefits.

Qualifications

• Essential general housekeeping and caretaking knowledge.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety procedures.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to complete documentation.
• Basic IT skills with ability to use a tablet.

Responsibilities

• Looking after the camp's general cleanliness and ensuring it is fit for purpose.
• Cleaning offices, communal facilities and accommodation blocks including ablutions and showers.
• Perform general cleaning tasks: sweeping, mopping, dusting and vacuuming.
• General building maintenance and basic grounds maintenance.
• Stock management tasks and documentation using IT and paper systems.
