Job summary

Fleetwood Australia is seeking an experienced Site Estimator for our modular construction projects. Based at our site, you will own estimates for site works, transport and installation packages.

You will collaborate with Design, Projects, Manufacturing and Sales to ensure pricing reflects project requirements and value. You will review drawings and specs, develop scopes, assess risks and identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining accurate estimating records and contributing to process

Qualifications

• Experience estimating in construction, civil works or modular construction.
• Ability to interpret drawings and specifications.
• Experience using CostX or similar estimating software.
• Strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Review tender docs, specs and drawings to develop accurate estimates.
• Prepare pricing for site works, transport and installation packages.
• Develop RFQs and scopes of work, assess subcontractor quotes.
• Perform first-principles estimating and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Assess project risks and cost impacts throughout estimating.
• Collaborate with Design, Projects, Manufacturing and Sales.
• Prepare cost reports and tender submission documents.
• Maintain estimating records and improve processes.
