Site Engineering Manager

Join our snack-loving team! We're looking for a Site Engineering Manager to join our team at KP Snacks. Fancy being part of a group where your ideas matter and your growth is celebrated? Keep reading – this might just be your next adventure!

As Site Engineering Manager, you will lead all engineering and maintenance activity to support operations on site. You will be responsible for ensuring mechanical and electrical equipment operates at peak performance, driving continuous improvement, and reducing costs through innovative solutions. You will lead capital investment projects, oversee engineering budgets, and ensure compliance with all legislative requirements. Working closely with site leadership, you will develop and deliver the annual engineering strategy in line with the KP business vision and IWS principles. You will also build and lead a high-performing engineering team, developing their skills to meet current and future operational needs. This is a senior leadership role in a fast-paced FMCG environment, offering the opportunity to make a significant impact on performance, safety, and innovation.
