Job summary

Qualifications

• Significant engineering leadership experience in manufacturing or similar complex environments.
• Experience developing and delivering engineering or asset-management strategy.
• Demonstrable Six Sigma, Lean or similar continuous-improvement methods with proven impact.

Responsibilities

• Set and deliver the site engineering strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Lead engineering, maintenance and reliability to support safe, reliable production.
• Embed continuous improvement across engineering and operations using Lean, Six Sigma and other methods.
• Use data and root-cause analysis to identify and deliver sustainable results.
• Lead capital projects, asset care and lifecycle planning with budget and risk control.
• Collaborate with production, quality, supply chain, finance and health & safety teams.
• Develop engineering capability through coaching and succession planning.
• Promote safety, compliance and engineering governance.
• Contribute to site-wide and business-level decisions as part of the Senior Management Team.
