Apex M&E Solutions is seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join our East Midlands construction team, delivering residential and commercial developments. Working with the Site Manager, you will set out, coordinate subcontractors, manage materials and ensure the programme progresses safely and to the required standard.

You will have at least five years' site engineering experience, a relevant Construction Engineering and Management degree, and full driving licence with site cards.

Formación

• Minimum five years as Site Engineer on residential developments.
• Experience on commercial build projects is a plus.
• A third-level qualification in Construction Engineering and Management or equivalent.
• Valid, full driving licence and relevant site cards.
• Ability to take initiative and manage competing priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Interpret construction drawings, communicate layouts, dimensions and requirements clearly.
• Carry out accurate setting out and surveying, establishing lines, levels and reference points.
• Coordinate subcontractors and materials to support the site programme.
• Monitor progress, identify issues and help keep work moving toward deadlines.
• Maintain site records, inspection and test plans, as-built drawings and environmental documentation.
• Uphold safety, health, environmental and quality requirements.
• Guide other team members and build productive relationships across the site.
