Job Title: Residential Site Engineer

Express Recruitment is excited to collaborate with one of the UK’s most reputable civil engineering firms, currently seeking a talented Residential Site Engineer to join their site team during an exciting growth period.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in residential construction projects, responsible for projects across Nottinghamshire. A full, clean UK driving licence is required due to travel between sites.

An excellent remuneration package is offered, including a competitive starting salary of up to c£55,000 D.O.E, travel expenses, a company vehicle, private medical care, and life assurance.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Managing drainage, substructure works, and foundations
• Providing precise lines, levels, and reference points on site
• Planning, scheduling, and managing subcontractors
• Ensuring adherence to quality, environmental, health, and safety standards
• Maintaining an Integrated Management System, including requirements, policies, and procedures
• Managing project progress and ensuring deadlines are met

Skills and Experience

• Experience in residential or commercial construction projects from start to finish
• Qualification in Construction Engineering or a relevant field
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or Total Station
• IT literate, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel)
• Full, clean UK driving licence
