Job summary

My client, a leading RC frame sub-contractor, is recruiting a Site Engineer for a 12-month scheme.

You will report to the Project Manager and foreman, liaise with the main contractor site team, set up the site, and ensure health and safety compliance. Responsibilities include completing all setting out for RC frames and groundworks, raising technical design queries, and managing temporary works; CSCS card and Temporary Works ticket required.

Qualifications

• CSCS card required and valid.
• Experience setting out RC frames and groundworks.
• Temporary works ticket held.

Responsibilities

Site Engineer Responsibilities:

• Reporting to and working with the Project Manager and foreman.
• Liaising with main contractor site team.
• Site set up and compliance with health and safety.
• Completing all setting out associated to the RC frame and groundworks package.
• Raising technical queries on design issues.
• Management of temporary works.

Site Engineer Requirements:

• CSCS card.
• Must have previous experience setting out RC frames and groundworks.
• Temporary works ticket.
• Degree in civil engineering/construction or time served
