Job summary

3D Personnel LTD are recruiting two Site Engineers to support a major £100m new-build office development in Central London. You will provide engineering, setting-out and QA support from early stages through to completion, working closely with Site Managers, design consultants and subcontractors to deliver the project accurately.

Ideal candidates will have strong setting-out, surveying skills, experience on major projects, CSCS and familiarity with QA procedures.

Qualifications

• Relevant civil engineering, construction or related qualification.
• Strong setting-out and surveying capabilities.
• Experience on major new-build construction projects.
• Competent with modern surveying equipment and QA procedures.

Responsibilities

• Undertake setting out and surveying across the project.
• Establish, check and maintain site control and QA documentation.
• Verify line, level and dimensional accuracy.
• Coordinate with designers, consultants and subcontractors.
• Raise, monitor and close out RFIs.
• Produce as-built surveys and construction records.
• Support temporary-works planning and coordination.
