Key Responsibilities
- Manage engineering contracts with a strong focus on electrical maintenance and compliance
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety, statutory regulations, and company policies – always audit ready
- Oversee planned and reactive electrical works, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery
- Utilise CAFM systems and digital tools to schedule tasks, track performance, and generate reports
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong and professional relationships
- Lead and support on-site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure service excellence
- Take a hands-on approach – support with holiday cover and assist with office moves when needed
- Produce and deliver monthly reports, financial forecasts, and contract performance reviews
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Contract Manager with a strong electrical bias
- Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., 18th Edition, HNC/HND in Electrical Engineering) highly desirable
- Proficient in CAFM systems (e.g., Concept, Planon, Maximo) and other FM tech tools
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Based in or able to travel to Loughborough on a daily basis
