Job summary

3dpersonnels is seeking a Site Engineer for a 187-bed hotel project in Brighton. You will provide setting out on site, coordinate sub-contractors, and ensure works progress to programme.

Reporting to the Contracts / Site Manager, you will implement the planned design, carry out checks, and ensure drawings and information remain current for your area of work. Brighton/London commutable or NI travellers considered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' recent and relevant experience as a Site Engineer.
• Minimum of 2+ years' experience coordinating sub contractors on a large project.
• Understanding of the construction process.
• Experience in AutoCAD.
• Experience in health and safety assessments/inspections.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring accurate setting out and levelling of the works in accordance with drawings / specifications.
• Ensuring all drawings and information relating to your area of work are accurate and up to date.
• Reviewing Architect/Engineer/Services/Sub-Contractor drawings, ensuring coordination and integration.
• Ensuring quality control and testing of work and materials is carried out in accordance with the specification requirements.
• Ensuring works are carried out in accordance with the Construction Programme.
• Carrying out checks on works, prior to and following any concrete pours.
• Fulfilling the role of Temporary Works Coordinator as and when required.
