Job summary

Eiffage Kier is looking for Site Engineers to join our Highways and Structures teams based at Southam. You will oversee junior engineers, liaise with senior staff for resource allocation, and ensure compliance with construction standards while assisting in the development of progress plans.

The ideal candidate holds a relevant HNC/Degree, has previous experience in highways or structures, and possesses strong supervisory skills. A valid UK driver's license and personal vehicle access are essential.

Qualifications

• HNC/Degree (Construction/Civil Engineering related) or equivalent.
• CSCS White, White-Yellow, Red - Experienced, Black - Manager or Gold - Supervisor.
• Previous highways or structures experience required.
• Practical application of Site Engineering activities combined with construction supervision skills.
• Must hold a valid UK driver's license and access to your own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee junior engineers and assist in construction operations.
• Liaise with Sub Agent and Section Foreman to allocate resources.
• Monitor and coordinate subcontractors' performance.
• Assist in production of programmes and progress reports.
