Responsibilities include supporting the Senior Engineer with subcontractor management, progress monitoring, and report writing, plus programming, QA checks, and setting out. Must have highways experience, CSCS, and a civil engineering qualification.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in site management within highways construction.
• CSCS card holder.
• Degree or equivalent (ONC/HNC or degree in civil engineering).
• Strong team collaboration and safety focus.
• Good record-keeping and ability to work in fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Support Senior Engineer with subcontractor management, progress monitoring, and report writing.
• Manage short-term programming and sequencing with the project schedule.
• QC/QA and setting out checks.
• Complete ITP check sheets.
• Coordinate day and night shift activities.
• Oversee diverse work scopes with supervision to streamline operations.
• Ensure health, safety, sustainability and environmental standards.
• Ensure permits, RAMS and QA documents are completed.
• Promote efficiency and productivity improvements.
