Job summary

Millbank Holdings Ltd is seeking a proactive Site Engineer to join our project team on a site-based role. You will provide engineering support, quality control and hands-on setting out across construction activities, ensuring works are delivered safely and to approved designs.

You will work 5 days per week on site, collaborating with project teams and subcontractors, taking ownership of delivering high-quality construction work and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a Site Engineer role within the construction industry.
• A good understanding of site-based engineering activities and techniques.
• Knowledge of design documents, specifications and project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering control and setting out for construction works per latest design information.
• Ensure works comply with project specifications and requirements.
• Prepare permits, task briefs and related docs before works commence.
• Contribute to short-term construction programmes and deliver to plan.
• Coordinate with project teams and subcontractors on safety, enviro and quality requirements.
• Support temporary works and ensure they are used as designed.
• Conduct inspections and maintain quality assurance records.
• Identify incomplete design information and elevate issues for resolution.
• Maintain site diaries and records of progress, resources and activities.
• Provide measurement data to support commercial activities.
