Job summary

Nicholas Associates Group in London is seeking a Site / Setting out Engineer to join our client's team on groundworks and RC frame projects. You will report to the Project Manager and Senior Engineer, setting out, surveying, and ensuring works align with drawings and programmes.

The role requires interpretation of complex drawings, QA checks, and close collaboration with site management, subcontractors and clients to deliver safely and to the highest standards.

Qualifications

• Must have setting-out experience on groundworks and RC frame projects.
• Ability to interpret drawings and manage technical queries on site.
• Experience carrying out QA checks and maintaining site records.
• Competent with Leica, Trimble or equivalent surveying equipment.

Responsibilities

• Reporting directly to the Project Manager and Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for setting out.
• Quality control.
• Surveying and ensuring works are delivered in accordance with the design and programme requirements.
• Work closely with site management teams, subcontractors and clients to ensure projects are delivered safely and to the highest standards.
