Site Engineer / Geologist (Ground Investigations) – Permanent Role

Office location: Manchester. Covering sites in the North West of England.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage on-site teams on small to medium sized geotechnical ground investigation projects, ensuring technical, commercial, and HSEQ compliance.
  • Log rock and soil samples (e.g., boreholes and trial pits) and carry out field testing and surveying, among other site requirements.
Qualifications
  • Degree level qualification in a related field (such as Geology or Geotechnical Engineering, etc.).
  • Relevant work experience conducting ground investigations.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Proficient with MS Office.
  • Full UK driving license; role requires travel to various sites.
