Job summary

Caval Limited in Bristol is seeking an experienced Site Engineer for a 25-week project on the outskirts of Bristol, starting 1st September.

The ideal candidate will have district heating experience, with strong setting-out and QA skills, and the ability to support the Site Manager and project team with engineering requirements.

Experience with excavation/earthworks will also be considered, and candidates should demonstrate good communication and organisational skills on site.

Qualifications

• Previous Site Engineering experience.
• Strong setting out experience.
• Good understanding of QA procedures.
• District Heating experience preferred.
• Excavation / earthworks experience considered.
• Strong communication and organisational skills on site.

Responsibilities

• Setting out works accurately and efficiently
• Carrying out site measurements and surveys
• Checking levels, coordinates and dimensions
• Maintaining QA standards and documentation
• Ensuring works are completed to specification
• Supporting the Site Manager and wider project team with engineering requirements
