We're Hiring: SITE ENGINEER – Luxury Interior Fit-Out (UAE)

ALEC FITOUT is hiring talented Site Engineers to deliver luxury interior fit-out projects. If you are driven, experienced, and seeking new challenges in the UAE, consider joining us.

• This role will be based on ALEC FITOUT projects located in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
• The position requires a six-day work week, which is mandatory for all site-based roles.
• Applicants must be eligible for a UAE work visa.

Your Role:

• Manage site operations for interior fit-out projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets are met.
• Coordinate with designers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
• Maintain quality control to ensure premium finishes and precise execution of design elements.
• Ensure safety standards are upheld on-site.
• Track project progress, resolve issues, and update management on milestones.

What You’ll Need:

• 5+ years of experience in luxury fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of high-end finishes, materials, and construction processes.
