We're Hiring: SITE ENGINEER – Luxury Interior Fit-Out (UAE)

ALEC FITOUT is hiring experienced Site Engineers to deliver luxury interior fit-out projects. If you are driven, experienced, and ready for UAE’s biggest challenges, consider this opportunity.

• This role will be based on ALEC FITOUT projects in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
• A mandatory six-day work week applies to all site-based roles.
• Candidates must be eligible for a UAE work visa.

Your Role:

• Manage site operations for interior fit-out projects, ensuring quality, adherence to timelines, and budget.
• Coordinate with designers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to meet project goals.
• Monitor quality control to ensure premium finishes and precise execution of design elements.
• Maintain safety standards and a safe working environment on-site.
• Track progress, resolve issues, and update management on project milestones.

What You’ll Need:

• 5+ years of experience in luxury fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of high-end finishes, materials, and construction processes.
• Ability to lead teams, manage resources, and deliver projects on time.
• Excellent English communication and problem-solving skills.
