Job summary

Based on project requirements, the role is five days a week on site, collaborating with construction managers, demolition teams and design engineers to ensure compliance with approved methods and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Structural monitoring to assess the integrity, stability and movement of blocks during demolition.
• Dimensional verification against engineering drawings and demolition methodology.
• Survey control and setting out with site control networks for subcontractors.
• Produce survey reports, measurements, and as-built records for engineering assurance and safety documentation.
• Provide engineering assurance to ensure demolition activities follow design intent and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with site engineers, demolition supervisors, lifting teams and temporary works coordinators.
• Ensure surveying activities comply with project quality procedures, health and safety standards.
