Job summary

360 Recruitment is seeking a Site Engineer to join a major civil engineering project in Telford. You will provide technical support across earthworks, drainage, utilities and remediation works, verifying design compliance and preparing as-built records.

The role requires CSCS, experience with GPS setting out and QA documentation. You will collaborate with site management, subcontractors and design teams to deliver on schedule, safety and quality targets.

Qualifications

• CSCS Card is essential.
• Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline preferred.
• SMSTS or SSSTS advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Set out earthworks, drainage, utilities and remediation.
• Produce and maintain QA documentation and as-built records.
• Ensure works comply with design specs and project requirements.
• Liaise with site management, subcontractors and design teams.
• Manage QA procedures, inspections and testing requirements.
• Support health, safety and environmental objectives.
• Monitor progress and report engineering issues to the project team.
• Interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate survey information and resolve technical challenges on site.
• Assist with temporary works, permits and project documentation.
