Are you a skilled Site Engineer with a flair for design and problem-solving? Do you have a passion for bringing technical solutions to life in a dynamic, real-world environment? We are looking for a Site Engineer with design experience to join a project in Worthing.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical guidance and support to the project team, helping to solve complex engineering issues.
2. Collaborate with design teams to implement engineering solutions that align with project specifications.
3. Ensure site activities comply with relevant health and safety regulations.
4. Liaise with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to coordinate project progress.
5. Review and provide input into engineering designs, offering improvements or adjustments based on site requirements.
6. Conduct inspections and quality control checks to ensure work meets the required standards.
7. Monitor and manage site resources, materials, and equipment.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

1. A degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Site Engineer, ideally with some background in design.
3. Strong knowledge of engineering principles and construction methodologies.
4. Proficient in using engineering design software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).
5. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
7. Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure high-quality project delivery.

Desirable:

1. Experience in infrastructure, residential, or commercial projects.
2. Membership with a professional engineering body (e.g., ICE, IStructE).
3. Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modelling).
