Qualifications

  • Experience in Steel and RC Frame projects.
  • Teamwork and excellent communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to travel to multiple project locations.

We have a great opportunity for a Site Engineer to join a Tier 1 Contractor. Their projects are focused on the Education and Healthcare sectors. As the Site Engineer, you will play a big part in managing the setting out and temporary works across multiple sites within North London and Essex. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to work with an established Tier 1 Contractor that values their staff.

Site Engineer Responsibilities

  • Liaise with temporary works coordinators to ensure safety and compliance across all projects
  • Carry out the setting out using total stations and GPS equipment
  • Support the site team in resolving any technical issues that arise
  • Assist with preparing risk assessments, method statements and quality documentation
  • Communicate with the Project Manager, Site teams and Subcontractors to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met

The Ideal Site Engineer

  • Previous experience as a Site Engineer, ideally within the education and Healthcare sector.
  • Good setting out and temporary works knowledge
  • Experience with both Steel and RC Frame projects
  • The ability to work well as part of a team and excellent communication skills
  • The Ability to travel to multiple project locations
