Our client is a regional civils and groundworks contractor in need of a talented engineer to join their team, covering new build housing sites across the Northwest region.

Your responsibilities:

• Setting out foundations and 278 works
• Carrying out topo and as-built surveys
• Performing cut and fill exercises
• Assisting in ordering and scheduling materials and equipment
• Ensuring QA is recorded and achieved

What you'll need to succeed:

• Housing experience is essential
• Skilled with AutoCAD, Civils 3D, and volumetric calculations
• Living in the North West region (ideally centrally located to cover Cheshire, Merseyside, and Manchester regions)

CSCS card is essential, along with a valid driving licence.
