Qualifications

• Previous experience working for a main contractor is essential.
• Relevant construction/civil engineering experience.
• Proven experience in a Site Engineer, Quality Engineer or Senior Engineer role.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, drawings and specifications.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a large project team.
• Relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction or a related discipline.
• Experience working on data centres, major infrastructure, industrial or other large-scale projects would be advantageous.

Duration: 12 months initially, with likely 2-year extension

We are currently recruiting for experienced Site Engineers, Quality Engineers and Senior Engineers to join a major £250m-£300m data centre project in Middlesbrough.

We are open to candidates looking for either permanent or freelance opportunities.

This is a long-term opportunity with an initial 12-month contract, with the project expected to continue for a further 2 years.

The Role

• Site engineering and setting out
• Managing and coordinating engineering activities on site
• Quality assurance and quality control
