The successful candidate will oversee various aspects of site management, including quality assurance and direct supervision of engineering teams. Qualifications

• Experience in traditional housing projects is essential.
• CSCS card required.

My client is a leading sub contractor who is overseeing the works on a large traditional housingproject around the Southampton area. We are currently recruiting a site engineer to start a brand newposition.

Site Engineer Duties:

• Managing QA and as builts

• Setting out of groundworks, externals, 278 works

• Looking after a gang of engineers

• Manage handovers on site.

Site Engineer Requirements:

• CSCS card

• 4+ years UK experience

• Must have traditional housing experience
