Site Engineer role:

This award-winning, privately owned civil engineering contractor seeks to appoint a Site Engineer to lead the operational team on various civil engineering projects worth up to £15 million.

Responsibilities of Site Engineer:

• Maintaining records of work completed and providing sketches/information from drawings and specifications for the use by Foremen and Operatives.
• Setting out works using appropriate instruments to an acceptable level of accuracy according to drawings, specifications, and site instructions.
• Checking the accuracy of the setting out at all stages of construction.
• Applying relevant information to make appropriate decisions reflecting key priorities and requirements.
• Monitoring and auditing the quality of own and others' work, procedures, processes, and legislation compliance.
