Site Engineer role:
This award-winning, privately owned civil engineering contractor is looking to appoint a Site Engineer to head up the operational team on a mixture of civil engineering projects worth up to £15 million.

Responsibilities of Site Engineer:

1. Maintaining records of work completed and providing sketches/information from drawings and specifications for the use by the Foremen and Operatives.
2. Setting out works using appropriate instruments to an acceptable level of accuracy regarding the drawing, specification and site instructions.
3. Checking the accuracy of the setting out at all stages of construction.
4. Applying relevant information to make appropriate decisions which reflect key priorities and requirements.
5. Monitoring and auditing the quality of own and others' work and procedures, processes and legislation required.
