We’re responsible for preparing the foundations of the entire site: designing and constructing cut‑off walls, retaining structures, soil improvements and more. Using advanced geotechnical engineering and world‑class construction technologies, this is a rare opportunity to contribute to a national project that will shape the UK’s clean‑energy future.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Technical Delivery & Site Operations: Coordinate labour, plant and materials; ensure works are delivered in line with drawings, specifications, ITPs, RAMS and permits; and maintain accurate site and technical records.
  • Safety & Site Briefings: Lead daily briefings and toolbox talks, conduct Level 1 incident investigations, ensure permit compliance and promote safe systems of work at all times.
  • Quality & Assurance: Prepare and implement ITPs, coordinate testing and witness points, manage NCRs, maintain red‑line/as‑built drawings and compile QA handover documentation.
  • Programme, Productivity & Planning: Maintain 2–6 week look‑ahead programmes, track progress and productivity against targets, manage float and sequencing, identify constraints and support delay analysis and recovery actions.
  • Commercial, Procurement & Contractual: Support procurement activities including specifications, orders and subcontract administration; raise and track Early Warnings and NCEs; provide inputs to CEs and cost control; and apply NEC4 Alliance procedures, including risk‑reduction and change control processes.
