Site Engineer Required - Goole - Immediate Start (Minimum 2 Weeks)
Location: Goole, East Yorkshire
Start Date: Next Week
Duration: Minimum 2 Weeks (could be more for the right candidate)
Rate: Competitive (based on experience)

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Engineer to provide holiday cover on a live project based in Goole. The requirement is for a minimum of two weeks, with the potential for extension depending on site needs.

The role is focused solely on-site engineering tasks, with no management responsibilities.

Role Overview:

• Setting out for bolts and structural elements
• Providing accurate pile cut-off levels
• Establishing and checking dig levels and trench formations
• Ensuring levels and alignments are accurate to spec
• Completing daily records and as-built documentation as required

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a Site Engineer role, particularly during the groundwork and foundations phase
• Proficiency with setting out equipment (e.g., robotic total stations, GPS)
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
• CSCS card (essential)
• SMSTS/SSSTS and First Aid (preferred but not essential)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with site teams
