Job description

Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Site Engineer to manage day-to-day site operations and ensure smooth execution of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise and experience in coordinating site activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and managing quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage site activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
2. Provide technical guidance and support to site teams and subcontractors
3. Monitor and enforce compliance with safety and quality standards
4. Interpret drawings and specifications, ensuring accurate implementation on-site
5. Prepare daily reports and update project progress
6. Liaise with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Site Engineer in the construction industry
2. Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials
3. Proficient in using construction software and site management tools
4. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
5. Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
