Job description

Are you an experienced Site Engineer with a passion for creating inspiring outdoor environments? Our client is looking for a dedicated Site Engineer to join their dynamic team, overseeing both hard and soft landscaping projects across a range of high-profile developments.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervision: Oversee on-site activities, ensuring both hard landscaping (paving, decking, structural elements) and soft landscaping (planting, turfing, garden design) are executed to the highest standards.
  2. Coordination: Liaise with clients and suppliers to guarantee clear communication and strict adherence to project timelines. You will be setting out for reduce level digs, drainage, decking, hard & soft landscaping, and all associated QA works.
  3. Quality & Compliance: Ensure that all projects comply with UK building regulations, health and safety standards, and our rigorous quality criteria.
  4. Technical Leadership: Provide expert advice during the design and implementation phases, and prepare comprehensive site reports and documentation.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in site engineering within the landscaping or construction industry is essential, along with demonstrable experience using a Trimble Robotic.
  2. A degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or a related field is advantageous.
  3. Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills, with a knack for problem-solving.
