A leading civil engineering firm seeks a Site Engineer for projects in the Banbury area. The role involves overseeing junior engineers, coordinating M&E works, and ensuring project delivery meets standards and budgets. Ideal candidates will have a relevant degree, CSCS certification, and experience in structures or highways.

We're looking to recruit a Site Engineer to join our team based in Chipping Warden.
The Site Engineer is responsible on site for overseeing junior engineers and assisting in construction operations in the Banbury area.
You will liaise with the Sub Agent and Section Foreman to allocate labour, plant, and materials to carry out M&E works activities to the required standards, programme, and budget.
You will work with the setting out team and be responsible for the performance and development of M&E Sub-Contractors, resolving technical problems on site in liaison with the senior team and Sub-Agent. You will also coordinate with various contractors to ensure smooth, 'just in time' delivery.
Ensuring the team has all current information and resources, you will assist with producing programmes, progress reports, resource and cost plans, and contribute to financial forecasting.
