Catch 22 are recruiting an Electrical Engineer to carry out safe maintenance of building systems within a large healthcare site in the Keighley/Bradford region. This role is ideal for someone with prior electrical experience in a facilities environment and a desire to work onsite.

You will perform complex maintenance, fault diagnosis and repairs on power distribution, LV/HV systems, generators, fire alarms, PAT testing, emergency lighting and related building services, with strong emphasis on

Qualifikationen

• Electrical qualifications: City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3.
• 18th edition and 2391/2392 testing & inspection.
• Minimum 3 years' electrical engineering experience in facilities environment.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety procedures.
• Experience with healthcare or large commercial buildings and BMS knowledge is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Carry out complex maintenance, fault diagnosis and repairs on specialist healthcare building systems, including power distribution, LV/HV, generators, door entry, fire alarm, PAT testing, emergency lighting and external lighting.
• Able to analyse, diagnose and repair faults promptly and safely.
• Ensure adherence to Health & Safety practices and maintain confidentiality.
• Liaise with contractors and suppliers as required.
