Job summary

Fawkes & Reece is recruiting an experienced Document Controller for a flagship project in Southampton, Hampshire. You will manage documents and drawings, ensure ISO 19650 compliance, and support the site team and client with system usage.

The role focuses on large healthcare and education schemes, typically valued from £5M to £200M, and the project is a four-year contract on a £170M site.

Qualifications

• Experience with document control and data management on large projects.
• Strong understanding of ISO 19650 standards.
• Experience in healthcare/education schemes is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain all relevant data and documents in line with company protocol ensuring it is accessible throughout.
• Ensure quality assessment of all submitted documents and drawings in line with ISO 19650.
• Lead and provide support to the site team and client regarding system usage and management.
