Job summary

Pilgrim's Europe in Bodmin, Cornwall, is seeking a Site Director to lead our Bodmin operation. You will own site performance, safety, quality, customer service, and financial delivery, reporting to the Senior Leadership Team and driving strategic growth in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

You will inspire a multi-functional management team, implement Lean, CI, and Operational Excellence, build strong relationships with customers and suppliers, and ensure excellent service levels,

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in food manufacturing or FMCG.
• Proven responsibility for site-wide operations and P&L performance.
• Strong track record leading large teams and developing leadership capability.
• Experience driving continuous improvement, efficiency and operational excellence.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Excellent stakeholder and customer management skills.
• Passion for creating high-performing teams and positive site cultures.

Pilgrim's Europe is seeking an exceptional Site Director to lead our Bodmin operation.

This is a high-impact leadership role with full responsibility for site performance, people, safety, quality, customer service, and financial delivery. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will drive operational excellence, lead a high-performing management team, and deliver strategic growth within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

We're looking for a proven manufacturing leader who can inspire teams, champion continuous improvement, and ensure the highest standards of food safety, quality, and operational performance.

• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Excellent stakeholder and customer management skills.
• Passion for creating high-performing teams and positive site cultures.

Desirable

• Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence, or Six Sigma experience.
• Food manufacturing leadership experience.
• NEBOSH, IOSH, HACCP, or related qualifications.
