In both client-facing and internal roles, we are delivering major programme and project management capabilities throughout the project lifecycle. We are committed to delivering safe, high-quality, and timely solutions by thinking innovatively and working collaboratively.
Reporting to the Site Delivery Lead, you will support the overarching direction and leadership of activities associated with the full lifecycle delivery of the Temporary Construction Area sub-programme. You will have responsibility for leading and managing a team of Senior Project Managers and Managers to ensure the delivery of a large scope of Earthworks, Enabling works (including UXO, ecology, archaeology), Civils, Networks, and Buildings. The role involves managing a matrix team of wider disciplines involved in project delivery, such as the nuclear new build supply chain team, quality team, and suppliers.
This role will also assist the Site Delivery Lead in developing strategies for delivering scope within cost, schedule, and quality parameters. Additionally, you will ensure the operational delivery of engineering, procurement, manufacturing, construction, and commissioning activities or work packages in accordance with the overall project schedule.
