Qualifications

  • Experience in health and safety is desirable.
  • Full driving license required.

Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining clinical rotas in accordance with SOPs.
  • Monitoring slot utilization reports and providing relevant information.
  • Developing stock control systems in coordination with procurement.

Job description

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

  • Full driving license
  • Health and Safety knowledge (desirable but not essential)
  • Experience in health and safety (desirable)
  • Ability to travel between sites (essential)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel (essential)

Duties of this role include:

  • Building and maintaining clinical rotas across Circle Integrated Care in accordance with relevant standard Operating Procedures.
  • Actioning clinic change requests and overseeing/canceling clinics as necessary.
  • Monitoring slot utilization reports and providing information to patient administration and clinical teams.
  • Monitoring estate usage and implementing actions for optimal space utilization.
  • Developing and maintaining stock control systems across estates in coordination with procurement and finance teams.
