Job summary

TRIA is seeking a site and project oversight professional to manage live projects, balance client relationships, and develop new opportunities. You will drive scope, programmes and pricing from initial site visits through to delivery, with a split between site and office.

You’ll coordinate key accounts, conduct site visits, draft scopes and tenders, and estimate duration, plant and manpower needs while ensuring safety and budget alignment on live contracts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in groundworks, civils, landscaping or arboriculture.
• Strong pricing skills and attention to detail.
• Confident dealing with clients.
• Good knowledge of construction health and safety (CDM 2015).
• Full UK driving licence.
• Desirable: SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS card, knowledge of BS 5837 and TPOs.

You'll be managing sites, balancing client relationships, site oversight and tender work. That means overseeing delivery of live projects, developing new opportunities with key accounts, and shaping accurate scopes, programmes and pricing. The balance between site and office shifts with the demands of the workload.
