What you’ll do day to day

• Collection and delivery of vehicles from customers’ homes or work premises, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately.
• Examine customer vehicles for damage and tyre safety prior to collection, completing damage reports and informing customers where possible.
• Ensure all photos of vehicle stock are up to date and correctly presented on all ecommerce sites.
• Ensure signage and pricing are correct on vehicle stock on the forecourt.
• Maintain systems and procedures in line with department standards and use them appropriately.
• Complete relevant documentation with customers as needed.
• Receive and process payments from customers where necessary.
• Chauffeur company personnel and/or customers as required.
• Collect/deliver small items as needed.
• Display an enthusiastic, motivated, and committed work approach.
• Control the movement and security of all vehicles on site.
• Maintain accurate records when releasing or receiving vehicles.
