Job description

Windsor Forest Colleges group is looking for a Site Controller to join our Strodes' College Team on a permanent, full-time basis.

Site Controller

As a Site Controller, the role involves the supervision and management of external contractors tasked with cleaning and maintenance, alongside directly supporting the Centre with porterage, deliveries, and event setups. Responsibilities extend to procuring essential stock, maintaining qualifications as a First Aider, and overseeing Health & Safety protocols, including regular inspections. The Site Controller is expected to routinely patrol campuses, undertake cleaning and maintenance duties, respond swiftly to emergencies, and support event logistics and security coordination. Additionally, the position involves managing access to facilities by unlocking or locking them as needed, addressing security requirements, and handling alarm systems during emergencies. The role demands flexibility to undertake various related tasks and occasionally provide support at other sites.
