Job summary

TE Connectivity plc is seeking a Continuous Improvement professional to lead the TEOA deployment across our manufacturing sites. You will coordinate resources with site management, ensure compliance with TEOA tools, and drive monthly plant metrics and Kaizen activities.

The role focuses on implementing Lean and Six Sigma projects, coaching teams, and sustaining the Process House for annual reviews across global operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Lean/Six Sigma projects in manufacturing.
• Ability to coordinate resources and deploy improvement plans.
• Strong problem-solving and team coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of the TEOA methodology.
• Coordinate with site management to support deployment plans.
• Ensure compliance with TEOA tools and process house requirements.
• Lead and supervise the application of TEOA tools.
• Review monthly metrics with plant and EMEA TEOA management.
• Coordinate and participate in kaizen events and audits.
