About The Role

Monday to Friday 12:00 - 20:00 (40 hours per week)

Summary:

Bidvest Noonan is seeking to hire a Cleaning Manager for a prestigious Financial Institution in Titanic Belfast. In this role you will be responsible for 2 large sites. This is a position that will suit a highly experienced and organised and energetic candidate with exceptional cleaning standards. The main purpose of the role for the Cleaning Manager is to ensure that their allocated area and team meets the required specification whilst adhering to defined procedures and health and safety regulations.

  • Endorse new Company initiatives and ensure they are implemented on site
  • Ensure the team is adhering to policies and procedures on site
  • Ensure the team is achieving the required cleaning standards
  • Monitor cleaning standards on a daily basis using the company auditing tool
  • Assess performance of the team and identify training needs
  • Ensure that equipment is clean and well maintained
  • Respond to client requests as required
  • Carry out regular Audits.
  • If Non-EEA, a Visa enabling you to work in Northern Ireland on a full-time basis is essential.
  • Fluent English both written and spoken.

Key Requirements:

  • Must have good interpersonal and communication skills as theprovision of customer service is paramount and customer care is a key element of the role
  • High standards of personal presentation
  • The ability to Manage a team of 20 people spread across 2 buildings
  • A valid visa enabling the applicant to work in the UK
  • Applicants must be able to provide working 2 references to demonstrate their management capabilities
