Salary: £32,000 to £35,000 per annum (dependant upon experience)
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (flexible)
Additional Requirements: Some weekend work and occasional night shift attendance may be required

About the Role

TC Facilities Management is seeking a dedicated Site Cleaning Manager to oversee the cleaning operations at our client's Distribution Centre in Ryton. This role involves managing the facilities management service effectively, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate TC values and lead by example.
• Plan and manage resources to maximize performance within defined budgets and customer specifications.
• Build positive relationships with the client to effectively resolve issues.
• Deliver all lines of the Distribution Centre P&L.
• Cascade company targets, KPIs, and objectives to the on-site management team.
• Ensure effective team-working through structured meetings.
• Coach, develop, and mentor the on-site supervisory team.
• Review audit reports and work with the supervisory team to rectify issues promptly.
• Identify areas for continuous improvement and make recommendations on best practices.
• Develop a solid understanding of the marketplace and competition to identify areas for commercial growth.
• Ensure all paperwork is completed and submitted accurately and on time.
• Conduct quarterly performance reviews with the supervisory team.
• Maintain the TC brand image through team appearance and conduct.
• Recruit and develop internal and external talent for on-site management positions.
• Champion and lead project work as required.
• Promote a culture of recognizing and valuing diversity.
• Adhere to all company processes, policies, and procedures.
• Hold listening groups and monthly meetings with staff and supervisory teams.

About You

Role Requirements:

• Proven experience in building positive working relationships.
• Experience in developing people performance and capability.
• Evidence of previous remote management.
• Experience in a service delivery environment.
• Understanding and experience in delivering a P&L account.
• Proficiency in IT, comfortable using MS software.
