Job summary

Pertemps Bond are recruiting on behalf of Royal Mail to provide a reliable Cleaner for their Carlisle facilities team. You will help maintain hygiene and cleanliness across offices, staff areas and toilets within a busy site.

Working hours are 09:00-13:00, Monday to Friday, for 6-8 weeks with an ASAP start. Prior cleaning experience is preferred but on-site training is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail is important to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to follow cleaning schedules and instructions.
• Punctuality and consistent timekeeping are required.

Responsibilities

• Clean operational areas including floors, staff areas, toilets and offices.
• Maintain high cleanliness standards in a high-traffic environment.
• Follow COSHH and Health & Safety procedures at all times.
• Complete routine cleaning checklists and report site needs.
• Work as part of a cleaning team or independently across large areas.
